What's New at Waterbridge

Excitement is in the air at Waterbridge. Construction crews are working diligently to turn this unbelievable vision of ultimate lakefront living into reality and a place we can all call “home.”

We are delighted to report that we continue to attain major milestones in the development of Waterbridge. We have included some photographs that capture that progress.

Construction of the Grand Entrance is complete. The spectacular entranceway and gatehouse give a look of grandeur and sophistication perfectly befitting the lifestyle here at Waterbridge.

Here is a list of some of our recent milestones: (Updated February 2010)

• Currently framing is complete on all major structures on the amenity island site.
• The pool buildings (which include restroom facilities) are framed, electrical and plumbing rough-in are complete, and sheetrock is installed.
• Framing is complete on the clubhouse, including swim up refreshment center.  The fitness center buildings and interior utility work is ongoing (all buildings are weather tight, siding and roofing complete, electrical and plumbing rough-in is complete, and interior insulation, drywall and trim are underway.)
• Pool construction is underway as well.  All underground pool plumbing has been completed, the concrete pool shell is complete and coping/tile work has begun.

As development activities at Waterbridge move forward bridging the gap between a dream and a reality, the curiosity factor among the general public is at an all time high. Visitors are entering our sales office everyday eager to witness for themselves what everyone is talking about.
