Will all 674 acres be developed?

No, approximately 80 acres are lakes and 120 acres were placed into preserve. Approximately 1/3 or nearly 200 acres will never be developed.

Will Waterbrige be multifamily?

There are no current plans for multifamily residences.

What is the average size of homesites?

The average homesite is .25 acres.

What is the architectural theme of the community?

The architectural theme of Waterbridge is Coastal Cottage.

Is there any time frame to build?

No, build when ready in Pha2e 1, 1A and 3A. Phase 2 (Chesapeake Homes) requires the purchase of

a house/lot package.

When will we be able to start construction on a new home?

You can build NOW, in Phase 1, Phase 1A, Phase 2 and Phase 3A.

Do I have to use a particular builder?

You can use any South Carolina licensed builder as long as the home adheres to the approved Architectural Guidelines. Phase 2 homes are all being built by Chesapeake Homes.

When will the amenities be completed?

Phase 1 amenities are complete to include two gated entrances, resort-style pool, clubhouse, bath houses, fitness center, boat launch and storage, lighted basketball/tennis courts and sand volleyball court! Waterbridge is home to the largest residential pool in South Carolina!

$1,795.00 (approximately $150 per month).
